Your home is more than furniture, and we treat it that way. Every Phoenix home move starts with a plan: what gets wrapped, what gets disassembled, and exactly where it all lands at the other end. Our own trained crews arrive on time in the right size truck for your place, anything from a 25 cubic metre pantech to our 60 cubic metre big rigs, blanket-wrap every piece, and set everything down in the right room so your first night feels like home, not a warehouse.
We walk the house with you, in person or over video, and count what actually has to move. That is how you get a real number instead of a guess that changes on the day.
You get the truck size, crew size and start time in writing, plus what we disassemble and what we wrap. Nothing on moving day should be a surprise.
The crew texts you when they leave the depot. Floors, doorways and bannisters get protected before a single item moves.
Everything lands in the room you nominate, beds go back together, and the protective wrap leaves with us.
Home moves run from $79.50 + GST per half hour, which is $159 + GST an hour, and that covers the truck and the crew. A two bedroom unit with good access usually lands in the three to five hour range, a four bedroom house with stairs closer to a full day. We would rather survey your place and quote you properly than let you plan around a number that moves.
Charging starts at $79.50 + GST per half hour for a truck and crew. What changes the total is access, volume and distance, so a ground floor two bedroom is very different from a four bedroom with a long carry. Book a free survey and we will give you a figure you can actually budget against.
Two to three weeks is comfortable, and more like four if you are moving on the last Friday of the month or at the end of June, which are the busiest slots in the calendar. That said, we hold capacity back across all four cities, so call us even if it is tomorrow.
Yes, and it is included rather than an extra. Beds, dining tables, wardrobes and flat pack units come apart at one end and go back together at the other. Bolts and fittings travel bagged and labelled to the item they belong to.
Anything hazardous, so no petrol, gas bottles, paint, chemicals or ammunition. We also ask you to carry passports, jewellery, medication and cash yourself. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before the day rather than on it.
Yes. Every move carries full transit insurance, and every person on your job is a trained Phoenix employee rather than a subcontractor, so if something goes wrong there is one company accountable for it.
